Knights finish sixth at Plains District Tournament

Goodland, Kan. - The North Platte Community College women's golf team finished sixth at the Plains District Tournament with a two-day total of 288-over par.

Delaine Mize put together a 26th place finish after opening the tournament with a 103, before following up with a final round of 104.

Freshman Iryana Frahm and sophomore Esperanza Mendoza-Rama tied for 28th with a two-day score of 213 (+71), each recording their best round in the final day of the tournament.

Zoey Oatts rounded out the Knights with a 33rd place finish, posting rounds of 111 and 112 to end the tournament.
