Coach Kaite Holm enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Knights.

A North Platte native and graduate of North Platte High School, Holm was a four-year varsity letterwinner and earned Class A Honorable Mention honors. She also played club softball for North Platte Express.

After high school, Holm continued her softball career at Bellevue University, where she competed from 2015-2018.

Holm began coaching with the Westside Westgate League in Omaha during the 2018–19 season. In 2022, she started coaching the North Platte Express, where she continues to coach today. During her time with the program, the Express captured the 2023 Class C District Championship and the 2024 Class C Colorado State Championship.

She also served on the coaching staff at North Platte High School during the 2024 season before joining the Knights as an assistant coach in summer of 2024.
